How We Protect Every Booking
Host Verification & Standards
Host applications are reviewed by our team. Paid ticket sales are enabled only after identity and bank account verification. Hosts violating community standards are immediately suspended and their listings deactivated.
Escrow & Refund Guarantees
When you book, funds stay in escrow until the event ends. If a host cancels, 100% of your payment (including all fees) is automatically refunded to your original payment method.
Transparent Community Guidelines
We strictly enforce policies against harassment, false listings, and offline payments. Every host and guest agrees to our Community Guidelines when using the platform.
