Terms of Service

By creating an account or booking an event you agree to these terms. You must be at least 18 years old (or the age of majority where you live) to book or host. You are responsible for keeping your account credentials safe and for everything done with your account.

When you book a paid event, your spot is held for 10 minutes while you complete payment. Payment is processed by Stripe; a booking is confirmed only once payment succeeds, and your ticket code is your proof of entry.

Prices, discounts, and capacity are set by the host. The price you see at checkout, including any discount, is the full amount you pay.

Hosts must be approved before selling and must complete Stripe verification before selling paid tickets. Hosts are responsible for the accuracy of their listings, for running the event as described, and for complying with local laws, permits, and safety requirements.

Earnings are held in escrow and released after the event has run. WeOut charges a platform fee on each paid booking, shown before you publish.

The full rules live in our Cancellation Policy. In short: guests can request a refund up to the cutoff before an event starts; if a host cancels an event, every paid guest is refunded in full automatically; postponed events keep tickets valid with refunds available on request.

Reviews must reflect a genuine visit. They are only possible after a confirmed booking and a finished event. Listings, reviews, and messages must not contain unlawful, misleading, or abusive content. We may remove content or suspend accounts that break these rules or the Community Guide.

WeOut is a marketplace: events are created and run by their hosts, and the contract for the experience itself is between you and the host. We work to keep the platform safe and payments protected, but we are not liable for what happens at an event beyond the amounts you paid through the platform.

We may update these terms as the product evolves. When we make a material change we will tell you by email or in the app before it takes effect. Continuing to use WeOut after that means you accept the updated terms.
